One inbox and one form. Which you want depends on what you are trying to do, so this page names the route for each rather than dropping everyone into the same box.
You want to work with us
Use the booking form on the partner page. It asks for your numbers and the channels you are running, because we read them and prep before we ever get on a call. It is the same form for both routes:
- The Growth Hour ($1,500). A one-hour 1:1 working session. Bring the problem. Leave with the blueprint, the recording, and the action items. What the hour covers.
- A partnership. Ongoing, done-for-you work across strategy, brand and creative, acquisition and retention, or web and AI infrastructure.
After you send it: we read your answers, and you hear back within one business day with a time to talk.
Everything else
Email team@baaderagency.com. It is the only address Baader publishes and it is monitored. Use it for press and partnership enquiries, questions about the free skills library, corrections to something we have written, or anything that is not a booking.
Privacy requests (access, correction, deletion) go to the same address; the process is described in the privacy policy.
What we do not have
There is no phone line, no live chat and no walk-in office. Baader is a United States company and the terms governing this site are governed by the laws of California; the terms of service carry the detail. If someone contacts you claiming to be Baader from a phone number or an address, it is not us.
Not sure yet
Two things cost you nothing. The Growth Gap Scanner is three questions and shows where the funnel is leaking. The skills library is open with no email wall. Neither puts you on a call.
