What this skill does
What it does: This tool checks whether the ECC Tools GitHub application is spending too much money on cloud computing. It traces through the code to find places where the app might be creating too many analysis requests, running expensive operations repeatedly, or bypassing cost limits. It separates three things: what the code is doing wrong, how much money that costs customers, and what product changes are needed. When to use it: Use this when a customer reports that the ECC Tools app created too many pull requests, charged them incorrectly, or analyzed code without finishing. Use it when you suspect the app is stuck in a loop creating requests over and over. Use it when you need to prove whether the app is working as designed or if there is a bug burning money.
