- Shows what is wrong with how networks are communicating
- Helps fix broken connections between network systems
When to use it:
- Your network is not connecting to other networks properly
- Internet traffic is not going where it should
- You need to find out why networks cannot talk to each other
- You are setting up connections between large networks and need to check them
