What it does: - Takes your fuzzy goal or wish and turns it into something you can actually do and check - Pulls out what you already said clearly - Asks only the questions that would change how you do the work or how you know you finished - Writes down what done looks like so you can recognize it when you get there When to use it: - You have an idea but you cannot quite say what you want to make - You are not sure if your goal is clear enough to start working on it - You want to know what counts as finished - You need to explain your goal to someone else and you want to make sure you both understand the same thing
