What this skill does
What it does:
- Takes fuzzy problems or confusing situations and rewrites them into clear problem statements that an AI agent can reason about and verify
- Identifies what information is missing and what makes a problem solvable
- Rates how well a problem is defined and how much can be automated
When to use it:
- When you have a vague worry like "why is nothing working" but cannot say exactly what is broken
- When you want to turn a feeling into a real question with specific facts and numbers
- When you need to know if an AI can actually solve your problem or just explain it
- When you want to check if your problem statement is clear enough before asking for help
