What it does:
- Brings back your last saved diagnosis notes from a previous conversation
- Shows you what problem you were working on, what you already figured out, and what comes next
- Lets you pick which old notes to load if you saved more than one
When to use it:
- You want to continue where you left off last time
- You need to see what you concluded before
- You're asking "where were we" or "what did we figure out"
- You say things like "keep going from last time" or "show me what I found before"
