What this skill does
What it does:
- Takes a skill you changed locally and sends it to the main upstream repository as a pull request
- Copies the skill to the upstream repo
- Checks the code for security problems
- Creates a new branch and pushes your changes
- Opens a pull request on GitHub
When to use it:
- When you improved a skill and want to share it with the main project
- When you say "contribute this skill" or "send skill to upstream"
- When you want your changes reviewed by the main team before merging
