What this skill does
What it does:
- Finds all tasks marked as Done in your project
- Moves those completed tasks to an archive so they are hidden from your main board
- Checks if automatic archiving is already turned on
- Suggests turning on automatic archiving if it is not already enabled
When to use it:
- Your project board is cluttered with completed tasks
- You want to clean up and organize your project by hiding finished work
- You need to remove Done items from view without deleting them
- You want to keep your active task list focused on work that still needs to be done
