What it does: - Updates a file called skills-lock.json to match the latest version from the main repository - Checks that skills come from approved sources before updating them - Protects your work by refusing to run if there are unsaved changes - Verifies that helper scripts are safe before running them - Restores your project to a clean state after updating When to use it: - After merging new skills into your project - When you want to get the latest version of skills from the main repository - After someone else has updated the skills and you need to sync your copy - When you need to make sure all your skills are up to date and match the official versions
