What this skill does
What it does:
- Reads the last update record from a tracking file to find what changed since then
- Looks at all code changes using git commands
- Updates a file called CLAUDE.md with a new list of all available skills
- Saves the current update information for next time
When to use it:
- After adding new skills to the project
- When you change the agent configuration files
- When someone asks you to update the documentation
- When you need to keep CLAUDE.md in sync with actual code changes
