What it does: This skill adds captions or subtitles to a video of one person talking, without changing the actual footage. HeyGen Hyperframes is a video editing toolset. It offers about 35 different caption styles to choose from. Most captions appear as a clean subtitle bar at the bottom of the screen, but for a bigger visual impact, an important word can be composited so it appears to sit behind the speaker, like a special effect, while other words stay as the plain subtitle bar. There is also a fully cinematic option where nearly every word gets this behind the speaker treatment, and a themed option with named visual styles for bigger, flashier effects. The whole process, including turning speech into text and separating the speaker from the background, runs on the user's own computer. Multi-shot videos need to be split into single clips first.
