What this skill does
What it does:
This skill writes and maintains a special kind of map of a website, but it is not for search engines. It is built for AI agents so they know where they are on a site, what steps to take next, and how to recover if something on the page does not match what was expected. It works with the opencli browser tool to check the real, current state of a site rather than trusting old notes.
Each map entry records a page's purpose, the actions a person or agent can take on it, what proves an action worked, what signals mean it failed, and how to recover. Maps are kept small and only include parts of a site that were actually checked, not a full crawl of everything. Files are split up if they get too long, and shared page elements, like a repeating card or button group used on many pages, are written once and reused. Routes that exist on the site but are not yet mapped get flagged clearly, so nobody assumes something is missing when it was simply never covered yet.
When to use it:
- Building or updating navigation notes for an AI agent that browses a specific website
- After exploring a site and learning something worth remembering for next time
