What it does: This skill is a smart search helper built on a command line tool called opencli. It figures out which website or search engine is the best place to look up an answer, instead of just guessing. Before searching, it checks a live list of available sites so it never relies on outdated instructions. If the person names a specific site, it searches there directly. If not, it picks one AI search engine, such as Grok, Doubao (a Chinese AI search tool), or Gemini, and only adds a specialized site afterward if the AI answer is missing details. It also keeps itself in check. Each AI search engine can only be used once per question, and other specialized sites can be used at most twice, with a real reason needed for the second try. At the end of every search, it prints a short summary listing which sites it searched, what it typed into each one, how many times, and which sites it skipped because they hit their limit.
