What this skill does
What it does:
Feishu Contacts is the company address book. This skill looks people up. Given a name or email, it can find the unique internal ID Feishu needs before you can message someone or add them to a meeting. Given that ID, it can look up a person's name, department, email, or other contact details. It can also search for automated bots or AI helper accounts that the current user is allowed to see.
When to use it:
- Before sending a chat message or scheduling a meeting with someone whose internal ID is not already known
- Looking up a colleague's details from their ID
- Searching for a bot or AI assistant account by keyword
It does not browse a full company org chart or list every employee in a department, that needs a different, more general tool.
