What it does: This skill is the main tool for everything related to Feishu (a workplace chat and office app) video meetings. It can find and look up past meetings by topic, time, or the people who attended, and pull up who was on the call, the recording, and any AI-written notes. It manages Minutes, Feishu's AI-generated meeting summaries that include a written transcript, a to-do list pulled from the discussion, and chapter markers, including uploading a local recording to generate one, editing its title or content, and controlling who can access it. It can also read a formal AI meeting summary document, called a Note, along with its related transcript or shared files. For live, in-progress meetings, it can find which meetings are happening right now, read what is currently being said or shared, send a chat message or reaction into the meeting, and let the company's chat-bot assistant join, invite people to, or leave a call. It carefully keeps track of the differences between a calendar event, the actual meeting, the AI note, and the recording-based minutes, since one meeting might have some, all, or none of these attached to it. When to use it: Use this for anything involving a Feishu video meeting: finding past meetings and their notes or recordings, working with meeting minutes, or interacting with a live, ongoing meeting. Scheduling a new calendar event, checking free or busy time, or booking a meeting room uses a separate calendar skill instead.
