What this skill does
What it does:
This skill manages OKRs (Objectives and Key Results), a goal-setting method many companies use to track big goals and the measurable results that show progress toward them, inside Feishu, a workplace chat and office app. It can look up a person's or a coworker's goals for a time period, create a full new set of goals with their key results, add a single new goal or result, edit the wording or due date, reorder or reweight items, and update either a numeric progress percentage or a written progress note. It also handles linking one goal to a related goal above or below it in the organization. It is careful to keep two different things separate: an OKR's formal "score", a rating from 0 to 1, versus its everyday "progress" or "completion" percentage, and it only changes the one the person actually asked about.
When to use it:
Use this when someone wants to view, create, or update goals and key results in Feishu's OKR system. It does not handle regular to-do tasks, calendar or meeting scheduling, or formal performance reviews, those are handled by other tools.
