What this skill does
What it does: This skill opens a new pull request (a request to merge code changes into a project) or updates an existing one on GitHub, using code changes that are already finished and checked. Before doing anything, it checks things like which branch you are on, whether a pull request already exists for it, and whether the project has a required template for how pull request descriptions should be written. It builds a clear summary of what is changing and asks you to approve the exact plan before publishing anything publicly. It will not treat a casual request like 'open a PR' as approval on its own, it needs a clear yes to the specific plan. When to use it: - Your code changes are done and verified, and you want to open or update a pull request on GitHub - You want the pull request description to follow the project's existing template It never merges, closes, tags, or releases anything. It only creates or updates the pull request itself, and only after you approve.
