It explains its plan in plain language, including what will be fixed, how it will be tested, and how it plans to publish the changes, and it waits for your approval before making any changes or pushing anything. For feedback asking for a test, it makes sure the fix actually addresses the real reported problem, not just adds a shallow check that does not really test anything.
