What this skill does
What it does:
- Takes vague design ideas, screenshots, URLs, or style references and turns them into a clear written design guide called DESIGN.md
- Creates a design contract document that explains what decisions were made and why
- Produces an implementation handoff document with step-by-step instructions for building the design
- Optionally creates an example HTML file showing what the design looks like
When to use it:
- Before you start designing a website, app, or product when you have style inspiration but no clear direction
- When you want to capture design rules so the same look can be used again and again
- When you need to hand off design work to someone else and want them to understand your vision without guessing
- For redesigns, presentations, or image projects where you need a reusable visual direction instead of a one-time prompt
