What it does:
- Searches for legal business entities by name and shows a list of matching options
- Looks up detailed information about a specific legal entity when you have its ID number
- Helps you find the right business entity to use in contracts
When to use it:
- When you need to find a business entity but only know its name
- When you already have a business entity ID and want to see all its details
- Before creating a contract and you need to pick your company as one of the parties
- Do not use this if you want to change how fields are set up in the system
