What it does:
- Writes a summary of your current work so another agent can take over
- Starts a new background agent with that summary as instructions
- Lets you manage multiple agents working on different tasks at the same time
When to use it:
- You want to start a new task while keeping your current work running
- You need another agent to continue working on something while you do something else
- You want to hand off a piece of work to run in the background
- You are working on multiple things and want to split the work across different agents
