What it does:
- Searches for people in your company's contact list by their name, name spelling, English name, or nickname
- Returns the person's user ID, department, and job title
- Can find one person or show all people with the same name
When to use it:
- You need to find someone's contact information
- Multiple people have the same name and you need to tell them apart
- You need a person's user ID for other tasks
- You want to see a complete list of everyone with a particular name
