What it does:
- Create new online presentations from topics, outlines, documents, or reference materials
- Edit pages in online presentations that already exist
- Import local PowerPoint files (ppt or pptx format) into the company messaging system as online documents
When to use it:
- Someone asks to make a PowerPoint, create a presentation, or write a report slide deck
- Someone wants to turn a document into slides or follow a template to make pages
- Someone needs to change a slide title, update chart data, add a new page, or change colors on the cover
- Someone has a local PowerPoint file they want to upload and use in the company system
- After you create a PowerPoint in this conversation, use this skill for any changes to individual pages like adding images, reordering pages, or adjusting layouts
Do not use this skill if someone only wants to read or look at a local PowerPoint file without making changes.
