What it does: This skill manages the entire journey of building a business dashboard or admin page, from a rough idea all the way to a finished, checked page. It coordinates three other skills behind the scenes: one that turns a vague request into a clear plan, one that actually builds the page using the HiUI design system, and one that reviews the finished page for usability problems. The process moves through checkpoints, and it will not skip ahead. Requirements must be confirmed, or the person must clearly say to proceed with assumptions, before any page gets built. Once a page is built, it goes through an engineering check and then a usability review before it can be called finished. The skill picks a review depth, quick, standard, or formal, based on how serious the request sounds, for example using the word formal or release pushes it to the most thorough level.
