re-fuzzing

Tests software by throwing random data at it to find crashes and bugs automatically using tools like AFL.

Installation
Run `npx skills add "https://github.com/dslsdzc/rev-skills" --skill "re-fuzzing"` to install this skill, then follow its SKILL.md instructions for my next request.

Paste this into Claude Code, Cursor, or any agent that can run commands.

What this skill does
What it does: - Finds crashes and bugs in programs by automatically sending random and mutated inputs - Tracks which parts of code get executed to guide the fuzzing toward new paths - Works with tools like AFL++, libFuzzer, and honggfuzz to test file parsers, libraries, and network protocols - Generates a corpus of test inputs and a dictionary of special values to improve testing When to use it: - You have source code you can compile, or a binary you can run in QEMU mode - The target reads files or network data that you want to test for crashes - You want to automatically find new bugs without writing test cases by hand - You need to keep testing the same program over time to catch regressions
