re-ics

Analyzes industrial control systems and factory equipment communication to find how they work.

Installation
Run `npx skills add "https://github.com/dslsdzc/rev-skills" --skill "re-ics"` to install this skill, then follow its SKILL.md instructions for my next request.

Paste this into Claude Code, Cursor, or any agent that can run commands.

What this skill does
What it does: - Reads network traffic captures from industrial control systems and explains what the Modbus, DNP3, and OPC UA protocols are doing - Rebuilds lists of control points like coils and registers from the traffic - Analyzes firmware and communication from industrial devices like programmable logic controllers When to use it: - You have captured network traffic from industrial control equipment and need to understand the commands being sent - You are testing industrial systems that you have permission to test - You want to recover the point list that tells a controller which devices to control - Do not use it if the traffic is encrypted or if you are analyzing custom protocols that are not Modbus, DNP3, or OPC UA
