My Estate PlannerWe built the whole business: the app, the site, the funnel and the film.
Overview
My Estate Planner is a document-preparation service for estate plans. We built it end to end: the business model, the app clients and advisors use, the staff tools behind it, the marketing site, the sign-up funnel and the product film that opens this page.
A client answers guided questions one at a time, pays, and follows their plan in a private hub until signing. Financial advisors refer clients and track them in their own portal. The team prepares the documents from a case board that shows every plan from first sign-up to signed.

What we did
- Business model and offer: a done-for-you estate plan, with financial advisors referring clients into one central team
- App design and build at app.myestateplanner.com: the client hub, guided questions with one decision per screen, documents, a funding tracker and signing
- Advisor portal: a referral pipeline, new clients in person or by email, and earnings
- Staff portal: a case board from first sign-up to signed plan, plan checks, payouts and notifications
- Security and payments: an encrypted vault for sensitive numbers, two-step sign-in, and card payment that moves a paid plan straight into review
- Marketing site and funnel: the homepage, an "Inside your hub" section built from real app screens, a plan finder and guides, with every button leading into the app
- A product film in two cuts, 16:9 and 9:16, built from real app screens with made-up sample answers

One business, built in one place.
The site, the app and the film tell the same story because one team built all of them. A visitor sees the real product before they sign up, and the app picks up exactly where the site leaves off.
